Ericson 26’ Crealock - embedded fin keel and spade rudder. Great bay cruiser, overnighter and easy to single hand. Ready to sail and in great working order. Selling as I will leave the Bay Area in a while. $4,200 starting price but open to hearing offers.

Ericson is known for their sturdy, pocket cruisers. This boat has sailed to Bodega bay, Tomales bay, etc.
Highlights
-2023 Tohatsu 4HP (under 50 hrs), still under 5 year warranty. w/ 3 gal. fuel tank. Well cared for and last serviced Feb 2026.
-Bilge stays almost completely dry even after heavy rains. Never had any signs of hull hydrolysis either.
-Great cabin layout for a 26’ boat. Comfortable V berth for two.
-All electrical elements in good working order.
-Running rigging in good working order
-Several sails in fair - great condition
-Comes with complete set of supporting sailing equipment and cleaning / upkeep products (except handheld GPS)
-Functional port-a-pot
-Slip fee only ~$300 / month and insurance $200-450 / year depending on coverage
Projects
-Cosmetically there is a decent amount of paint wear, small cracks, chips
-Bottom paint judged to be in ‘good-fair’ condition by diver, but something to note as a possible project in the coming few years
