I purchased the boat about 10 years ago for $40,000 with the intention to live aboard, which I did. It's seen many dinners, Christmas morning gatherings, and has hosted more than a few late night movie marathons. It's been my nest. It's been my home. And though I've enjoyed the layout of this boat and the beautiful natural wood interior the best part of living on the water is the location. This specific marina is really fantastic. There's a really lovely community of boaters. The sunsets are amazing. And it's a fantastic environment for people that like to be active outdoors. Not only is kayaking at your doorstep(literally), there is also miles of walking/running/biking paths with phenomenal water views, as well as well maintained public tennis courts less than a block away. And parking is ample. There is never a problem with finding a spot! We also are very close to the SF Bay ferry terminal for all you commuters or just those of you that like a beautiful and relaxing option for getting to and from SF. The monthly expenses of boat ownership for a live aboard are comparable to renting a room, except you can have guests whenever you want and you have your own space. It's sort of a Bay Area life hack. There are aspects of this vessel that could use some attention. Those sorts of tasks have not been my forte... so I either enlisted outside help or they just stayed on the todo list. Needless to say it could use some love from someone so inclined. Due to this, I priced the boat accordingly(for the area). However I am also comfortable considering all reasonable offers. Serious inquiries only. And should you desire a sea trial, I would ask you provide for the cost of securing a captain. Here are pictures from 12 years ago. It shows the layout but the cushions have seen a fair amount of life and could use replacing at this point. https://www.flickr.com/photos/75382361@N04/ Feel free to reach out with any additional questions.
