Sailed it a few time, but work got in the way. Sad to see her go.
Fast boat.
A lot of extra sails

Original diesel Motor will crank. But won't idle. Got tired of dealing w it.
ATOMIC 2 cylinder 11hp.
I put in a brand new Honda 5hp outboard (under warranty) to take boat out to Bay and sail it.

Head/Galley/Shore power all in great shape. Radio and Autopilot as well.
Interior in great shape
Can sleep 6

Slip is at Oakland Jack London Marina
(Central Basin)
Can transfer to a new owner.
Would make a great live aboard
