Updated her V and Quarter berths. When took 4 salon cushions to the upholstery person she was moving. I should have waited. When the move was done, those 4 of 9 cushions I took to her were lost. Added a few miscellaneous cushions to her salon for comfortable seating and to reserve foam to finish that project. Have more material if like the material and color choices for update.
She has a dodger, roller-furler Genoa, pole is available and a good main.
Her M25 engine is out. Has been repaired. Can put it back in for $1900, or keep the price as is and and re-power with an engine of your choice
She has been a well liked 'Boat-host' for sailing teachers that travel to teach for a weekend at our school. Need to sell her.
Ericson's of this model have come up in value as Ericson collectors are looking for this model and size. If restore fully can get your investment back due to the well made hull and excellent sailing characteristics.
She was a favorite of our club sailors for enjoyable day and weekend sailing on SF Bay.
