She is a very nice boat that would be great for a single person, 2 friends, a couple, or small family.
Has a v-berth and long pilot berth plus bench for a smaller person to sleep. One head. Nice drop down table
Ericson's are well made solid sailing boats. Has burgundy canvas including dodger
Her engine was fully rebuilt in the last year and a half. The single cylinder YSM8 Yanmar diesel runs smoothly.
Has been regularly serviced with oil and filters. New impeller last year.
Deck and cabin were repainted with gelcoat/topside paint this year giving her a beautiful look
The salon interior and quarter berth were upholstered not long ago and is still in nice shape.
The 3 Doyle sail inventory is in very good condition - 90/100%, 125% and 150%.
Running rigging is fairly new too.
Has full set of custom made c-bottom cockpit cushions with detailing like monogram with borders and name.
There are things to do - she is a boat. Instruments can be updated and minor things can be touched up.
The big ticket and heavy lifting is done. Prop and hull have been reg serviced by diver but needs a bottom job someday soon.
