For sale is my 30' 1972 Yankee 30. I've owned it for three years and had a lot of fun with it. It's ready to go sailing on the bay, and everything in the rig is functional.
This dock slip is NOT included with the boat!
Hull Number 69 (Sparkman & Stevens)
Rigged for single handling.
Roller furler. This boat does come with two spinnaker poles.
Tiller helm.
Atomic 4 Gas Engine, seawater cooled, starts right up.
Starter battery about 1 year old.
Running rigging is in good condition.
Jib and main are in decent condition.
Electronics on board could use improvement - cabin lights are functional, most running lights are functional.
Has a manual-pump head and no on-board holding tank.
I have a whole grip of extra sails to go with this boat. Once I get them out and inventory them I'll add them to this listing.
Last haulout was October 2021. I had the bottom cleaned by a diver in September.
Currently located in a slip on the Oakland Estuary. It has an outdated registration - last sticker was 2023, I believe. The exterior wood trim needs new varnish, topsides certainly could use some cosmetic improvement, but the bones are good and it all works.
