Houseboat with lots of potential! Interior is still really nice, it is located in a beautiful harbor. Slip transfer avail for new owner. Close to downtown Oakley and Bethel Island. Perfect for someone that wants to be by the heart of the Delta, enjoy being on the river and other recreational activities.

Peaceful area, nice neighbors. Caught a few fishes and hung out with friends on it, incredible fun!

The motor needs some work, but if you know what you are doing, or have a mechanic, wouldn't be to hard to get it running. Twin v8s.
