Excellent condition
$6,000 (more or less) in upgrades in 2025
Coast Guard Documented boat
Universal Diesel Engine M3-20B; New Racor fuel filtration system, new fuel hoses on engine, new hand pump to quickly move fuel through system, new fan belt, removal of heat exchanger and thoroughly cleaned and new sacrificial zinc installed, new hoses to heat exchanger, new oil filter, new exhaust hose. New ignition installed. New starter installed (the old one worked but I wanted a new one and kept the other for backup).
Folding prop
Fuel tank removed and completely cleaned and reinstalled.
Whale pump rebuilt
New bilge pumps
New Raritan PHII marine toilet (never used)
All new marine septic hoses
Waste tank removed from boat and completely cleaned and reinstalled. Also installed a float sensor to tell when tank needs to be emptied.
New fresh water pump
The new head and tank have not been used.
New wiring and electric panel
New lens in top forward hatch
Rebuilt exhaust elbow
A lot of the lines have been replaced
House battery and starter battery replaced in 2025 with new Deep Cycle marine
Onboard marine battery charger

Very dry boat, no mildew at all!!!
The only downside is I washed all the interior cushions and one of them did not come out well. I reversed the cover so it still works but does not match the other.
In the past this boat sailed the semiannual Transpac race to Hawaii. It looks like he reinforced all of the standing rigging at that time and made other adaptions prior to the race.
Last bottom cleaning and inspection, prop zinc installed was December 2024. Have the report.
I am sure there is more upgrades but cannot think of them at the moment.
