The time has come for me to part ways with Mary Lou, my beloved Catalina 27. The boat has been in my family since 1998 (I purchased from my father in 2023). 8hp Yamaha outboard starts right up and the boat is ready to go sailing. Bilge stays bone dry. I re-plumbed the head last year and all toilet functions are in working order. Shore power and electronics all work. Currently there is no stove but the original Princess alcohol stoves can be had for about $400. Boat could use a new coat of bottom paint. Last paint haul out was January 2023. Sails aren't winning any races but they are not torn and sail just fine in the bay. Overall this is good old boat in good condition, she just needs a new caretaker. Located at Fortman Marina
