House Rules
- No smoking, vaping, alcohol, or substances
- No wandering the building
- No use of tenant-only areas (fridge, offices, etc.)
- Normal noise is fine — no loud music or yelling
- You are responsible for your belongings
- Blinds must remain open to provide light to reception
- Report spills or damage immediately
- Visits outside 8:30 AM–5:00 PM (more than 1.5 hours early or late) require a $50 extended-hours fee per day
Payment Options
Cash:• Must be exchanged outside before entering the building.
• No refunds once cash is accepted.
Venmo & PayPal:
• Tap-to-pay not available — a payment request will be sent.
• Payment due at time of booking.
• Booking is not official until payment is received.
Refund Policy (Venmo/PayPal):
- Full refund if canceled 1+ week in advance
- 50% refund if canceled 72+ hours in advance
- Cleaning deposit always refunded if canceled
