no cracks. some rash on the top tube and down tube from lock and cables. comes with Marzocchi z5 flylight. I rebuilt the fork with Enduro inner/oil seals. Dust seals are original. Fresh oil and pumped up to recommended PSI. Comes with Kona seat collar, Kona seat post, original headset(rebuilt), Kona stem and handlebar. Has mounts for disc brakes on frame and fork.
Frame size is 14" from bottom bracket to top tube. It fit my GF perfectly at 5'6.
*The last picture is how it was setup. I transferred the parts to another frame.
