It has a coaster brake hub, with cruiser tires, a new seat, thick chain, kickstand, extra psychedelic looking cruiser handlebars, new grips, new bottom bracket, new Surly Cranks, freshly greased bearings, and a very well made Chro-Moly frame & fork.
Ross bikes were the 4th largest producer of bicycles in the USA during the 1980's, their headquarters was in New York, and they had a factory in Pennsylvania...
I'm selling it for $140. This is for tall riders, I have been a bike mechanic for 20 years, and finding a bike this big is 1/1000.
