It is a good fit for riders 5' 5" - 6' 1".
Has been converted to a single speed with coaster brake, and hand brake. I added a kick-stand, bike rack, and upright BMX handlebars.
Looks used and works perfect! I have been a bicycle mechanic and enthusiast for 20 years!
