Still haven't found any information online about this bicycle, brand ' Cote D' Azure' (French Riviera), but it looks to be from the 1960's or 70's, with hand painted letters, and a riveted brass head-badge.
I redesigned it, with upright cruiser bars, and a coaster brake hub!
I have owned this bicycle since building it up in 2019, but rarely use it anymore.
It still rides perfect, as it has always been stored indoors when not ridden.
