Fits women over 5' 7", and men over 5'10". That's how God made us. Most men have shorter legs then women of their height.

Has some scratches, but no issues. I have been professionaly restoring used bicycles for 20 years. Your goingbto save a lot of money, and have a much more structurly sound bicycle with this, compared to a new one of equal perfomance, that costs over $1000
