I have for sale my beloved custom painted Iro Mark V Pro in size 56 cm. Iro was a superb company that made quality bikes up until 2012 when they closed for business. I have owned this bicycle since 2019 and built it up from the frame. It was painted by famous bicycle extraordinaire Ed Litton. Lightning yellow base coat with a yellow translucent coat on top. The paint is immaculate minus one small mark that I pointed out in the photos. The Mark V Pro is made of a lighter Reynolds steel and has track like geometry while not having any toe overlap issues.
I am 5’9” and ride this bicycle comfortably at this seat height. I believe this could fit someone between 5’8” and 6’1”.
I will try to list all of the quality parts that I purchased online from Japan and from King Kog in Oakland.
- Iro Mark V Pro - 56 cm - two coat paint job by Ed Litton
- Sugino Rd cranks - 46t
- track fixed cog - 17t
- Shimano seat post
- Mash SF Izumi chain
- Custom Velocity Fusion’s with machine sidewalls on the front rim. Silver on silver. Black spokes.
- Black Dura Ace Track Hubs
- Vittoria Randonneur tires
- MKS track Pedals and straps
- Shimano Stem
- Sram front brake with Tektro lever
- Nitto Riser bar
- black track grips from Japan
- Specialized seat (that I wouldn’t mind keeping if I knocked $50 off the price)
- Mash Top Cap
All in all, over $1,000 put into this build. Rides super smoothly. I am a little bit flexible on price, but not much.
