No Rackmounts; this frameset was designed for "racing" w/ top tier Dura Ace components.
Fully Lugged Frameset
Tubeset: Tange Champion No.2
Tange Champion No.2 is/was cold-worked, butted (.9/.6/.9mm) chrome-moly and was Tange's 2nd best tubing at the time, on par with Columbus SL tubing which was also cold-worked, butted .9/.6/.9mm.
The bike probably has more years in garage storage than miles ridden, it is basically new old stock.
The 52t chainring appears brand new and of the few miles the bike was ever ridden was in the small 42t chainring.
There are a few minor paint blemishes from being moved around in the garage over its 40+ years of storage, etc..

The "Pro Racing" model was the top-of-the-line Road offering from the Southern California brand "SR" (not to be mistaken or confused with the Japanese Brand Sakae Ringyo, also known as SR).
SR was a division of Windsor Enterprises (known for their Mexican built bike brand Windsor). They imported high-quality SR framesets to their specifications which were made-to-order in Japan during the late 70's thru the early 80's. Though it is unknown who made this specific frame, it is known SR contracted its frameset manufacturing with Miyata and a couple/few other respected Japanese bicycle manufacturers of the era.
