Nice condition IRD Tempest frame early 2000s made in Japan from Reynolds 853 tubing, weighs less than 4 lb, and accommodates rim or disc brake 26" wheels. NORBA style geometry would suite drop bar set ups or wider flat bars well.

Small size ideal for riders in the 5'5" range. Shows a few marks from use but no dents, dings, or rust. Overall very nice condition.
