16" frame. 26" tires. I would replace the chain. The tires need to be set on again. I think the tubes are okay but they would need to be checked out. The brakes are in good shape but they are too tight around the front tire. Both cranks have a little bit of surface rust. I took a wire brush and some vinegar to a minute it looked a little better. I'm sure another good scrubbing would make them look even better. The integrity is still there and they function as they should. If you know about bikes you know this is a good one.
