It's a Size L Turbo Como 3.0 from 2022 when Specialized completely revamped this model.
It comes with a Gates Belt (no chain) and an internal gear hub (IGH) by Enviolo, where you can shift continuously.

I bought it new in 2023 and rode it for about 5 months, 550 miles, and then I had to leave it here in the US. Now I returned and don't need it any more. The battery is at a 100% and everything works perfectly.

You ride the bike in upright position, it's extremely comfortable. You can find all the technical details on the Specialized website.
