This is one of the last of the French made sport bikes before production left France. The components are a mix of French and Japanese. The French bike industry collapse shortly after this under pressure from competition with Japanese producers benefiting from the weak yen exchange rate. Many French component manufacturers had already disappeared by 1978. The bike has a beautiful Phillips stem and Weinmann 605 sidepull brakes (Swiss).
