We no longer need Pick and Place capabilities, so this Neoden 4 is just sitting here ready to go. It's only been used less then 30 times and is in like-new condition. It comes with several extra feeders (42 Total). It's a completely automated machine with camera/vision for precise placement of SMT parts. It can use trays and/or feeders for parts. The boards can be fed in manually (included magnetic table) or automatically (included motorized rails). Includes extra nozzles, accessories, spare parts, etc. as shown in the photos.

HIGHLIGHTS / SPECIFICATIONS:
-Fully automated SMT pick & place machine with camera/vision system for high precision placement of SMD parts.
-Capable of handling components from 0201 size up to ~32 mm square body, and component height up to ~5 mm.
-Four independent placement nozzles with ±180° rotation, each precisely aligned with high‐resolution CCD camera.
-Feeder capacity: Up to 48 tape reel feeders (8mm or broader), plus support for vibration tube feeders and trays.
-Supports manual board feed (via included magnetic table/fixture) and automatic board feed via motorized rails (included).
-Includes several extra feeders, extra nozzles, accessories, spare parts, etc., as shown in photos.
-Ideal for prototyping or small‐batch production
-Placement rate (vision on): ~4,000 CPH (components per hour) in factory conditions; up to ~7,500 CPH without vision.
