I have an operating Corp that has been in business more than 5 years for credit purposes & previously held a Solano County Food License.
I could incorporate another Company as a holding company for this venture if that works better for
Partnership purposes. We would use a simple Partnership agreement/ stockholder rights.
I would like to bring in 2 partners with a liquid asset contribution of 100K, combined,
who each have an additional funds available for contribution as the need arises.
As a partner you would be expected to contribute between 14 to 15 hours per week in the initial
6 month start up period for supervisory roles at the location.
I could provide you with a projected cost analysis for the first 6 months.
I project the business would need to bring in sales of 25k monthly to break even.
I am discussing a franchise agreement with a national chain. The start - up costs
will be about 75k for the lease, franchise & oven.
I will handle all administrative functions including
employees, suppliers & utilities.
