30' x 14' Mezzanine, Very Heavy Duty - $10,000 (albany / el cerrito)

It comes with everything you need to put it together, minus wood screws.
The dimensions are 29' x 14', with 8' of head height, and a 106.75" deck height.
It uses the following materials:
-Posts are 5" x 5" x 1/4" steel tubing, 6 total. One in each corner, one in the center of both 29' runs.
-Post base plates and mounting brackets for beams are all 3/8" a36 plate.
-Beams are C10x15.3 channel, 6 total.
-Channel has 1/4" plate tabs to attach joists.
-Joists are 2" x 10", mounted 12" O.C. A total of 28 joists.
-Two rows of 2" x 10" blocking.
-Everything is bolted together with 3/4" grade 5 zinc plated bolts, washers, nuts.
-The decking is 5/8" subfloor tongue and groove, 16 sheets used.
-8' LED. 10000lm, 5k lights, 10 total. Linkable.
I have photos of my shop with it in the background. I also have a solidworks model of the entire assembly that I will show as reference.
It is 3636 lbs of steel according to solidworks. The wood weight is approx. 2100 lbs.
