Very nice, clean condition Unifiller Compact depositor with the much desired Powerlift. The depositor was used at my bakery until we stopped producing filled danish. The machine has been cleaned, tested, new O-Rings installed where necessary, plus a few new parts so that it runs smoothly. This depositor comes with the ergonomic hand-held nozzle. The depositor can be set to “portion” or to “fill.” When set to “portion,” the depositor can be set to deliver accurate portions between .3 oz – 1.7 oz. On fill it is continuous. Perfect for batters, fillings, creams, sauces etc. It has a speed control so the portions can come out slower or quicker. I have posted a YouTube video so that you can see it running. I am using water for the demonstration. The depositor comes with the operating manual, extra O-Rings, and a tube of food-safe lubricating grease for the O-Rings.

I am asking $7,000 for this depositor. Anyone who knows the quality and durability of the Unifiller depositors knows that the price I am asking is very low compared to others selling the same model which run from $8k (on stand without the powerlift) to well into the teens. This is the perfect upgrade at a very reasonable price for any bakery or facility that is tired of depositing by hand or using pastry bags.
