This exciting new bain-marie is constructed with very thick high quality stainless steel. It provides high-efficiency performance and is equipped with a thermostat for easy temperature control. They are extremely easy to use and very reliable. It has 5 kettles and will hold five half size pans, 4" deep. In fact this buffet warmer is ideal for restaurants, hotels, banquet halls and cafeterias but will still work great around the home or for catering purposes due to the convenient 110V electrics!
Notice :
Never directly touch the cooking surface while the Bain Marie is on.
Always turn off the unit when not in use.servicing or adjusting any parts or attachments,and before cleaning.
Never leave the Bain maire on overnight.
Always keep hands, hair and clothing away from heating source.
Allow the Bain marie to cool down after use and before dismantling.Cleaning the unit will be too hot to handle immediately after use.
Note: The machine cannot be used on the flammable items.
