Safety Protection
The paint shaker is equipped with a safety door and an emergency switch. The safety door is completely closed in the working process, the emergency switch can be pressed immediately in emergency, therefore the operator can be prevented from touching the dangerous zone, the misoperation risk can be reduced, quick stop can be achieved, equipment, products and operators are all protected, and the safety requirement can be well met.
Note: Please do not open the safety door before the machine stops completely.
Clamping Controllability
The clamping operation can be achieved through a series of manual adjustment. The clamping handle can be rotated clockwise and counterclockwise to clamp and release the paint bucket, the control lever has two states including the locked state and the work state for better mixing operation, and the clamping assembly can be effectively controlled to clamp and release the bucket, so that the clamping operation can be adjusted manually, multiple parts cooperate with one another to facilitate efficient mixing operation.
Control Panel
The emergency switch, the start button and the timer are integrated on the control panel, emergency stop, reliable start and convenient time setting can be achieved through simple operation, so that the operation convenience is greatly enhanced. The operator can easily operate the machine through these switches, control is easy and convenient, the operating difficulty and complexity are greatly reduced, and the user experience is well improved.
Note: The mixing time cannot exceed 5 minutes.
Attention
1. Do not put hands into the machine during operation. Do not touch the running parts with hands.
2. The machine must be safely grounded, otherwise the static shock may occur.
3. The maximum weight of the paint bucket cannot exceed 35KG.
4. The machine cannot conduct overloaded operation for a long time, and the mixing time cannot exceed 5 minutes.
5. Do not open the safety door before the machine stops working thoroughly.
6. Please ensure that all functions and parts can work well before starting the machine, and lubricate the parts timely.
7. The red ball of the control lever should face the lower right direction in the working process of the machine.
8. Only the professionals are allowed to install, operate and maintain the machine.
9. If any abnormal noise exists in the working process, please turn off the power supply, stop the machine immediately, find out faults and solve problems, and then the machine can be used.
Operation Method
1. Open the safety door upwards, and rotate the inner rotary disc to the perpendicular position if necessary.
2. Install the special handle into the hole, place the material bucket on the rotary disc, and rotate the special handle rightwards to clamp the material bucket.
3. Take down the special handle, and close the safety door.
4. Connect the power supply, turn on the power switch, release the emergency switch, and rotate the timer to set the mixing time.
5. Turn on the start switch, so the machine starts to mix materials. The material will stop after the mixing time is over.
6. Open the safety door until the machine stops working thoroughly. Take out the material bucket and finish the mixing operation.
