Attention
1. The operator should be trained professionally before operating the machine. It is strictly prohibited to touch the conveyor belt, the hopper and other running parts during operation.
2. The machine is suitable for the particle materials with low mobility, and is not suitable for combustible, explosive and corrosive materials.
3. Remove large impurities in the materials to prevent the conveyor belt from blockage.
4. Be sure to empty the conveyor belt before starting the machine.
5. Uniformly feed the materials and avoid excessive feeding during use.

Control Box

PVC Conveyor Belt
The conveyor belt is made of the high-quality PVC material, and has the excellent wear and corrosion resistance, the enough friction and the good skid resistance, ensuring the materials cannot skid or flow back in the inclined conveying process.
Feeding Hopper
The large-capacity feeding hopper adopts the independent structural design, and a large quantity of materials can be fed at one time, effectively saving time and improving the working efficiency. The outlet baffle is adjustable to control the feeding speed.
Universal Wheel
The four universal wheels are arranged at the bottom of the conveyor body, the conveyor body can conveniently move and fix in different working environments, and the practicability and adaptability are greatly enhanced.
Stainless Steel Material
The whole machine is made of thickened stainless steel materials, making it firm and durable, resistant to wear and corrosion and easy to clean and maintain. The stainless steel hopper and the PVC conveyor belt are combined to achieve smooth feeding.
Operation Method
(I) Preparation before use:
1. Check whether the PVC conveyor belt is not damaged, the partitions are loose, and the hopper and machine frame are deformed or blocked.
2. Check the wiring and lubrication of the motor and reducer, and test the emergency stop button to ensure proper power cut-off.
3. Clean the residual materials on the surface of the hopper and conveyor belt to avoid caking that may affect conveying.
4. Disperse the particle materials with low fluidity in advance, and remove large impurities to prevent them from blocking the hopper.
(II) Starting and feeding:
1. Press the start key to start the machine, allow the conveyor belt to idle for 1-2 minutes, observe whether there are any abnormal noises or blockages, and confirm that the operation is stable.
2. Gradually add a small quantity of materials uniformly into the hopper.
(III) Stop and completion:
1. Stop feeding the materials, and then turn off the power supply of the machine after all the materials on the conveyor belt have been completely delivered.
Note: It is prohibited to shut down the machine with materials to prevent the motor from overloading during the next startup.
2. Clean away the residual particles on the hopper, conveyor belt and machine frame and keep the machine dry.
Application
The PVC Belt Stainless Steel Feeding Conveyor is designed for conveying particle materials with low mobility, including the following materials:
1. Agricultural products and processed food: with light weight, brittle, irregular shape and high hygiene requirement
-- Edible fungi: Shiitake mushrooms, black fungus, white fungus, ganoderma slices, etc.
-- Dried vegetables: Dried potatoes, dried long beans, dried radish, daylily, dried mustard greens, etc.
-- Dried fruits and nuts: Raisins, jujubes, dried apples, dried mangoes, nuts (such as walnuts and almonds), melon seeds, peanuts, etc.
-- Grains and beans: Rice, millet (especially when lifting is needed).
-- Puffed and leisure foods: Potato chips, shrimp crackers, popcorn, biscuits, breakfast cereals, etc.
-- Candies and snacks: Soft candies, hard candies, preserved fruits, honeyed fruits, chocolate beans, etc.
-- Others: Tea leaves, flower petals, pet food (dry food), feed pellets.
2. Industrial and chemical raw materials:
Applicable to light industrial materials that are free of special corrosion and require quantitative feeding.
-- Plastic pellets: Recycled or new pellets such as PE, PP and ABS.
-- Light chemical products: Mothballs, soap granules, some fertilizer pellets, wood pellets, etc.
-- Environmental protection materials: Activated carbon particles, molecular sieves, some desiccants, etc.
