Sealed ink cup systems employ a sealed container (ink cup), which acts as the ink supply, flood bar and doctor blade all in one. A ceramic circle with a highly polished working edge provides the seal against the printing plate. This ink cup is used with sealed ink cup pad printer. It is used to hold printing ink.

(1) Ink cup body: used to hold ink and install other parts on it.
(2) Ceramic circle: used to coat ink and is an important part. It’s hard and has a good abrasion resistance, but it is fragile too, so it's necessary to be protected well.
(3) Adjusting Circle: used to change the suction between ceramic circle and printing board by adjusting the height of magnet. When installing the inkcup onto the printing board or taking it from the board, adjusting it to a smaller suction, you can move it easily and also the ceramic circle and printing board (especially for nylon board) will be much safer. Under ink is cleaned all away, less suction can make ceramic circle and printing board have a long life.
(4) Plug screw: used to add Ink Thinner and exhaust.
(5) Magnet: used to stick the ceramic circle on the printing board. When it leaves factory, it has been installed in the iron pole.
