Cheap alternative to a fire hood. Not a pretty hood for show. But can meet Health Dept requirements for some equipment.
Was used over a Proofer Oven. Can use over any oven. We had a small fire extinguisher
attached to the outside of hood. We saved it for our next restaurant, but it hasn't come along yet.
If you want the pretty stainless steel hood this is
not for you. This is the cheap make it work type. You either know this is what you want or don't come get it. It is not the pretty one. Don't waste my time if you are on the fence. Go buy the custom made one. This is for someone that can't afford the pretty one and wants to see if this one will get them by the Health Department. Come with a truck that you can take it home with. I don't want to move it unless u are going to buy it. It's cheap enough to try.
