Artist studio rental, spaces available.
Studio spaces range from between $200 to $400/ month.
Second story views with nice big windows.
Beautiful wood floors, natural light. Access to outdoor backyard space on-site downstairs.
Some common resources will be provided such as hand tools, saws, ceramic kiln and throwing wheel.
The various studio rooms can hold about 15 artist spaces.
The model is an open floor plan so you can see the other art spaces and the artists at work.
We encourage a creative community of visual artists to support one another in making their art.
Month-to-month lease, with 24-hour access.
We find that the studios never get too crowded at any time because people are on their own different schedules.
These studios are a part of an artist collective called Gallery 2727, a non-profit foundation.
The downstairs event and performance space is programmed with art shows and community events. It will be easy to participate in art shows and related events.
We have one on site studio manager to help with the day-to-day functioning of the space, several support roles for the whole project, and a large team of visual artists involved with the events.
