Rare Vintage Panoramic early 1920s Large hand-colored photograph of the Lone Cypress tree. This iconic tree is a Monterey Cypress which overlooks Carmel Bay in Pebble Beach, California. The tree is believed to be 275 years old and sprouted around 1750. It is still living today.
The overall size, including the frame measures 32 1/2" long by 12 1/2" high. The image itself, measuring from the back is 30" long by 10" high. The piece is unsigned and could very well be, one of a kind since there is not another one on the internet and I have had it in my personal collection for many years.
The photo is in its original blue and gold frame with glass and the old backing paper is still intact. The photo is in excellent condition with no creases, kinks, holes, or water damage.
The frame is in nice condition also.
