Vintage impressionist oil painting by Hungarian artist Imre Gergely. The lovely painting depicts two women and a child surrounded by colorful flowers at a flower market. He is a listed artist and is signed in the lower right corner, Gergely Imre. The painting has some paint chipping, with the canvas showing through in a small area(see last photo, in the blue patch of sky). You don't notice this since the piece is so colorful.
It comes in the original ornate picture frame. The frame has some minor wear in the lower left corner. There is no gesso missing. The overall size is 19" X 23 3/4", and the painting measurement is 15 1/4" x 20 1/4".
