Serviced Royal P Typewriter with case and new platen - $450 (fremont / union city / newark)

This listing is for a beautiful dual tone blue Royal P typewriter with its carrying case. The platen was replaced November 2025 by JJ Short. The serial number on this machine is: P276864, which means it was made in 1931. This machine sports an elite typeface, 12 CPI.
This machine was taken apart, cleaned, and reassembled for testing. All functions are working properly with no issues. Things to note about this machine is that the right guide for the ribbon vibrator is missing and that the text alignment is not the best on this machine. I did not attempt to remedy this as it can be tricky and make things worse.
Otherwise this machine cosmetically is in good shape for its age, but you can see the finish on the left ribbon spool is not in the best shape. But the rest of the machine is in great shape. This machine is from my personal collection and I am downsizing.
