Please note if this listing is up, this item is available.
This listing is for a Serviced Imperial Good companion Model T typewriter, with its case, original cleaning brush, cloth, and case keys. This machine has the serial number: 2HY 324, which puts it as made in around 1952. This machine types in 12 characters per inch, or Elite.
This machine was taken apart, cleaned, adjusted, and put back together with a new dual color ribbon on the original metal spools. All functions on this machine work well, with the exception that sometimes the backspace if pressed too hard will stick. Also there is a metal knob that is missing on the left platen knob, so you should not use that knob to advance the platen.
This machine is coming from my personal collection, but I am selling it as it does not get enough use. Machine can be used on the base or taken off easily enough and used on its own. I personally used it without the base on a typing mat.
