Near as i can tell, from the materials and construction, this is a late 1940’s to mid 50’s lounge chair, constructed from solid Mahogany and upholstered in a nearly indestructible Naugahide. It has deeply carved armrest fronts, lower trim base and feet.

Dimensions: 35”W x 38.5”D x 34.5”H
Seat: 19.5”W x 24”D x 19”H(from Floor)
Armrests: 21”H(floor) / 4”H(from seat bottom cushion)
Condition: 9/10; Antique/ Used/ Restored; I received this chair in good condition, but with stains to the vinyl. All stains have been removed and/ or recolored to match. As well as a clear coat applied to further protect from future spills. Trim has been restrained a dark mahogany with a clear coat. I subtracted (-1) for a few scattered nicks and scratches to the mahogany wood sections. Nothing obvious, and completely within reason, for a piece of this age and use.
