Original Pencil Points architectural magazine material dating approximately from 1936 to 1942.
These materials were acquired directly from the family of a former UC Berkeley architecture faculty member and were part of a larger personal research and teaching library assembled between the 1920s and 1950s.
The magazines have been unbound (original magazine bindings removed) and advertising pages removed, leaving primarily articles, photographs, drawings, and architectural images in loose format. This reflects academic use and mid-20th-century architectural pedagogy, where material was reorganized for study and reference rather than preserved as complete retail issues.
An inventory list has been compiled by the current owner to document the contents.
Condition very good. Please review photographs carefully.
Sold as a historical architectural research lot.
