This antique fan from the 30s is in excellent shape and still works great!
It has 3 speed settings and can really put through some air, all the while remaining relatively quiet.
This is the cleanest one I've seen with my research online. Virtually rust-free with the exception of the bit around the hardware pictured with the tag. Original paint is in excellent condition, all black (even the blades).
The robust motor, cast iron base, and wide metal blades make it quite heavy, but it has a re-felted base to protect your furniture. Still has its original cable which is also in excellent shape (no fraying).
Only caveat is that I replaced a missing machine screw to connect the arm with the motor in the back to enable the oscillation. This will loosen and fall out after some use, which is probably how the original hardware went missing.
I've actually used this thing to keep cool for a few summers but it's just been a nice display piece for the last couple.
