I'm selling this vintage, heavy duty, "Caution Private Estate" sign dating to approx the 1930s/ 40s. The thick wooden frame surrounds a steel, hand painted sign. This hefty item originated from the UK and is in great condition considering the environment it originated from. The graphics depict a manicule (pointing finger) and bold typeface. It demonstrates a wonderful patina with consistent wear across the piece. Solid brass hangers in the back support the wire. It shows wear commensurate with age including chips, dings, paint, scuffs etc; which all add to the character and authenticity of the piece.

Measurements: 26" wide x 20" tall x .75" thick.

Pick up is available from my Berkeley workshop, near the Gilman Whole Foods.
