I'm selling this rare and early, "BUILDING" smaltz sign dating to approx 1890s. The gilt lettering really pops against the black smaltz background. The frame is very substantial and heavier than you'd ordinarily find. This item features wear commensurate with age including worn paint, dings, dents, scratches etc. Structurally, it's solid and ready to be hung.

Measures approx: 32" long x 11 1/2" tall x 1 3/8" thick.

Pick up is available from my Berkeley workshop, near the Gilman Whole Foods.
