I'm selling this early, smaltz Woodard Apartments/ Rooms sign dating to approx 1900 - 1920s. This sign is one single piece of hand-painted wood and is in good condition for its age. It possesses black sand paint with white text surrounded by a white border. This would have been intended to hang outside a boarding house/ apartment building. This item features wear commensurate with age including scuffs, scratches, faded text, marks etc. Structurally, it's very solid and ready to be hung.

Measures approx: 49 1/8" wide x 10 1/4" tall x 3/4" thick.

Pick up is available from my Berkeley workshop, near the Gilman Whole Foods.
