Cooktop: The range features five sealed burners with continuous cast iron grates for easy movement of cookware. The standout is the Min-2-Max® dual-flame sealed power burner, which offers a wide range of heat output, from a robust 18,000 BTU boil to a gentle 450 BTU simmer. Other burner outputs include 14,000 BTU, two 9,500 BTU burners, and a 5,000 BTU burner. A grill/griddle is also included.
Oven: The 5.1 cu. ft. oven features a signature Cobalt Blue interior and offers a Perfect Convect³® Third Element European Convection System with a variable 2-speed fan for even cooking results. It includes features like a Perfect Turkey® button, a temperature probe, and multiple cooking modes including bake, broil, convection bake, convection roast, keep warm, and slow cook.
Controls: The oven utilizes a sleek Wave-Touch® electronic control panel that illuminates cooking options with a single touch, with unselected options fading away. The cooktop burners are controlled by professional-grade knobs.
Design: The range has a stainless steel finish and features Luxury-Glide® oven racks that use a ball-bearing system to slide out effortlessly, as well as a Luxury-Hold™ oven door that stays put at any angle. The lower drawer can be used as a warming oven or for storage.
