This Carrier WeatherMaker 8000TS is an absolute WORKHORSE. It is an energy efficient gas furnace in great condition and effortlessly heats our 2200sqft home pretty efficiently ($61/mo, and that's keeping the thermostat at 69F AND a large water heat AND a gas stove AND a gas dryer).
We are putting in a heat pump, so we will have the furnace uninstalled and ready for you to take (and at ground level, no need to pull it out of an attic or basement yourself!). Recommended you have two people, an SUV or truck, and some blankets to keep it from bouncing around.
