Works, but there is one major annoyance: It is very easy to pull out the top rack so it comes off the right rail, and then it is a bit fiddly getting it back on again. There is probably some way you could fix that.
Does not come with hoses or connection kit.
Came with house (presumably installed by flippers) when we bought house in 2013.
You lift and haul. (I can help lift but I'm not very strong.)
