We purchased this Black and Decker unit last year and used it for summer preschool that we had in our home. We no longer have the preschool in our home, and therefore don't need the unit. It's only been used a handful of times, runs perfectly, and is like new. The 14,000 BTU capacity puts out a LOT of cold air, easily cooling larger rooms.
