I snagged this from our datacenter a number of years back and installed it at my home, putting plenums/duct on the output of both conditioned and exhaust sides and then had it cool my living room (while it was installed in a shed on the other side of the wall). Well, I just got a new whole-house A/C unit and so no longer need it. It works flawlessly, gives 55 degree air, 2 tons of it. Runs on 208/240V (we had it plugged into a dryer outlet).

BONUS: if you want it, I can give you the plenums and my ductwork too, so you can set it up at your house the same way. It's 12" duct and then 14x14 plenum and grill for the inside, as well as a louver to put in for the exhaust air going outside. You can take it all and have a great little A/C for your home. Or, just take the unit and I can scrap the plenums/duct, either way.
