Pet-Friendly Community with Modern Amenities: At 787 The Alameda, we welcome you and your pets to our contemporary industrial-designed apartments. Our community offers a resort-inspired outdoor pool, game room, and sky terrace for your enjoyment. With on-site parking and proximity to downtown San Jose, convenience is at your doorstep.
Pet Policy
We welcome two pets per apartment home. Cats and dogs are welcome, while poisonous and exotic animals are excluded. There is no pet deposit. Pet rent is $65 per month per pet. We do not have a weight limit but restricted breeds do apply. You are welcome to add new furry friends who join your family at any point in your lease. Additionally, after you submit your application you will be asked to set up a profile on PetScreening.com, regardless of whether your pet is an assistance animal or not. Non-assistance animals will be charged a non-refundable animal application fee of $20 paid directly to PetScreening.com. The following dog breeds are prohibited - Doberman, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Presa Canario, Malamute, Chow Chow, Saint Bernard, Akita, Staffordshire Terrier, American Bull, Karelian Bear Dog, Husky and any mix of aforementioned breeds. We reserve the right to restrict breeds. Pets may be viewed by Management before approval. We reserve the right to decline or revoke permission for any pet that causes disturbances or is a safety threat A current (within 30 days) good health certificate from a veterinarian is required.
Income Requirements
Income requirements vary between AMI tiers. Lower AMI tiers require prospects' monthly gross income to meet or exceed two times the monthly rental rate. Higher AMI tiers require income to exceed the income limits for all lower AMI tiers, while not exceeding the maximum income limit. Households with incomes exceeding the maximum income limit are not eligible. You will be asked to upload income documents for verification, and a valid government ID is required for each applicant aged 18 or older. Due to our program, monthly rental rates and income requirements will vary based on household size and gross annual income, with limits on maximum and minimum gross annual income.
