✨ Currently occupied by a travel nurse who booked through my Airbnb site for 3 months from October 1, 2025 until January 6, 2026. Move-in can be anytime after January 9, 2026. The room has been a successful Airbnb for the past 2 years, but we prefer longer stays now. Minimum lease term is 6 months.

✨ Room also includes a desk/dining table, 2 chairs, a bench, and a 55” Samsung flat screen TV with Roku streaming for free movies/shows (personal account is necessary to access apps such as Netflix, Amazon Prime TV, YouTube, Hulu, Tubi, etc.
✨ The 1st (bottom) floor master bedroom is fully equipped. You will have plenty of separation and privacy being downstairs all by yourself next to the front door entrance and garage, which is where you will have access to a private washing and drying machine.
✨ The 2nd floor is where our kitchen, dining, living room, and balcony are located. My family’s bedrooms are located far up top on the 3rd floor. We are a married couple with a 12 year-old. We are very quiet, out of the house during the day time (work and school) and we also travel a lot, so we are rarely home.
✨ This fully furnished unit has had a lot of successful stays through Airbnb’s site for the past 2 years, but we now prefer a long-term working professional in our home. See some of the 5-star reviews posted in the photos section!
