There is a in-law cottage on the opposite end of the lot, but it sits about 50 feet away so there is plenty of privacy. They have their own backyard and do not have use of this backyard, but the couple who lives there do walk through the side of this yard to get to their cottage.
We are looking for tenants who have 650+ credit score, a combined household income that is at least 2.5x the monthly rent, and good references from former landlords. We also consider cosigners who meet the criteria. Security deposit is $2990 for 1-year lease, then month-to-month. Tenant pays all utilities. We would consider pets of all sizes and breeds, as long as they are well-behaved. Additional pet rent and pet deposit may apply.
