No scented products are allowed in the washer and dryer, besides keeping the unit artificial scent free, the dryer vent is under my window and I'm allergic to them. No pets, no smoking. 2 people max occupancy.
There is a shared wall between kitchens, but there's no one above or below you and it's very quiet and peaceful. There is a bus that runs nearby, but it's more of a car dependent area.

The kitchen has everything except an oven, but there is a countertop oven and other small appliances in the cupboard. Keurig coffee maker, stainless steel electric kettle, stainless steel and non toxic nonstick cookware, glass baking pans, ceramic and glass dishes etc. There are extra blankets, fans, and extra pillows. A smart TV, comfortable deep seated leather couch, and dedicated workspace under the skylights. The bathroom has a stand up shower and a fully mirrored medicine cabinet.
